Job Description
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for initiating and leading new business propositions and pursuits. The BDM should display passion and advocacy for the work we do. New business planning and implimentation strategies are at the core of this role.
Skills + Qualifications
• 3–7 Years of experience in Business Development in a branding consultancy, advertising agency or studio preferred.

• Proven business networking skills.

• Strong written and verbal
communication skills.


• Comfortable working closely with leadership on both the studio and client side.

• Experience creating sales decks
• Comfort and interest in interacting with a diverse range of projects – including print, digital, campaign, content, packaging and production.

• Strategically minded with attention to details that work towards planning and implementing business strategy.

• An all around good person to be around.
